We are currently taking applications for the following counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey:
1.  Pennsylvania - Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgmery and Philadelphia Counties
2.  New Jersey - Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset Counties.
 
By applying on line, you will work directly with our bank and eliminate the extra fees paid to mortgage originators.  Use our quick application so you can start the application process from the convenience of your home or office.
 
A Prudential Savings Bank representative will be in contact with you to verify the submission of your internet mortgage or consumer application.  You will then be asked to submit the following information:  W2 form for the last two years, your two most recent paystubs, three most recent bank statements and the signed agreement of sale if applicable.
 
Borrowers will be given the option to lock in their interest rate after we have received a completed application package.  An additional fee may be incurred to exercise this option.
